BACK TO BACK CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS. 1st TIME SINCE JOINING THE SWC. 3rd TIME IN SCHOOL HISTORY (86-88 and 94-95). Junior Ejay Johnson, in his first varsity season, shattered the single season Total Yards record held by former great Antoine Esters in 1989. Ejay ended with 1803 total yards and also finished 3rd all-time with 19 touchdowns. Sophomore QB Todd Porter fell 1 TD short of the school record with 11 and finished in the top 3 of every passing category. With 2 years remaining, Porter is well on his way to re-writing the passing record book at OTHS.

3-PEAT CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS. 2nd TIME IN SCHOOL HISTORY (86-88). IHSA CLASS 7A QUARTERFINALISTS (5th TIME IN SCHOOL HISTORY). The Panthers set several records on the offensive and defensive side of the ball with senior running back Ejay Johnson shattering career and season TD records (in only 2 years as a starter). Ejay also finished his career 2nd in career rushing yards, and had 2 of the top 4 rushing seasons in OTHS history. Johnson finished 2nd in total yards for a career and has 2 of the top 3 individual seasons for total yards including his 1,803 yard junior season, which is tops. Junior QB Todd Porter also shattered just about every passing record and still has a year remaining to add to it. This coming from a team that had to sit most of its starters for entire 2nd halves during the first 3 games. This team also set records for defensive scoring as it scored 11 defensive TD's, including 4 by Darius Mosely.

All-State:Darius Mosely - DB/WR (1st Team All State)
IHSA CLASS 8A SWEET 16 (7th TIME IN SCHOOL HISTORY to get past the 1st round). For the first time in school history, the Panthers were in the largest class in Illinois, Class 8A. The Panthers shattered all passing and receiving records as senior Todd Porter threw for over 3000 yards in a season. This eclipsed his previous record of 1823 yards. Senior Darius Mosely went over 1000 yards receiving - the first time ever an OTHS WR eclipsed the 1000 yard barrier. The duo also set records in TD passes/catches, Receptions, Completions, Attempts, and career Completion %. Mosely also had a 99 yard kickoff return, also a school record. The Panthers also started a freshman at RB for the first time in school history - Kentrail Moran. He finished with 700 yards and 7 TDs and has 3 more years to add to these totals.
